SERVICE ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Should work well under stress and deliver as per timelines with accuracy
• Provide technical support and solution to end-users
• Maintain safe and healthy working environment
• Maintain timely and effective communications with the other related department
• Provide effective service and report technical issues according to manufacturer’s QA guidelines
• Communicate with related company for root cause analysis
• Assist in pre & post-installation activities, operation training and demonstration to customer

Skills & Job Requirement

• Proficiency in English language and good communication/negotiation skill
• General Microsoft office package skill
• Training management skill
• Good understanding of laboratory and healthcare engineering systems and controls
• Sound Knowledge of equipment calibration /servicing/maintenance of medical equipment
• Willing to travel inside and outside valley as per the need
