Shisas Trading Concern Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading names among the medical equipment suppliers of Nepal. We are looking for competitive candidates for the following positions.

1. POSITION: SERVICE ENGINEER/TECHNICIAN (7 Nos.) for 7 Provinces.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • B.E in Electronic / Electrical / Biomedical Engineering or Diploma in Electronic / Electrical / Biomedical Engineering 
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in Medical Devices. Fresher can also apply
  • Bio-Med Experience Preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • To respond customer service calls and perform on-site/off-site repairs and maintenance
  • Installation of new equipment by establishing, calibrating, testing performance, providing technical support services & application training
  • Maintaining service/ Prepare Installation reports, weekly logs, and expense reports
  • Deal with technical queries from hospitals, technical committee and doctors and give advice on new and existing equipment
  • Performing preventive maintenance, AMC & CMC contracts etc.
  • Product Presentations

AGE: 23 to 35 Years

The applicant should have own two wheelers vehicle & valid driving license

2. POSITION: SALES MANAGER (5 Nos.)

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing and 1 year experience in senior level position. Experience in Medical Sales is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
  • Establishing, promoting and maintaining company’s brand to generate business 
  • Sales lead generation
  • Maintain and update sales report in CRM

3. POSITION: OFFICE OPERATION MANAGER (1 No.)

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: 

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Degree in program management, business or public administration is preferred.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in operation management and 1 year experience in senior level position. 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate teams, make decisions, and also guide the organization toward operational goals.

4. POSITION: SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER (5 Nos.)

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management with any specialization 
  • Experience in healthcare domain will be added advantage. Fresher can also apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Coordinate sales team by managing long-term & day-to-day plans and planning budgets
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of offers, promotional materials etc.
  • Develop sales forecasts & submit daily visit reports.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information and answer queries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM
  • A team player with high level of dedication & must have own vehicle and license

5. POSITION: OFFICE ASSISTANT (2 Nos)

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelors in any stream
  • Having at least a year of work experienced in this field will be preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Provide Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact, addressing inquiries and assisting with product information and order status.
  • Oversee Inventory Management: Coordinate with suppliers, track inventory levels, and conduct audits to ensure proper stock management.
  • Support Sales: Prepare documentation, process orders, and maintain customer records to facilitate efficient sales operations.
  • Manage Logistics: Coordinate shipping, ensure regulatory compliance, and track deliveries for timely and accurate order fulfillment.

6. POSITION: RECEPTIONIST (1 Nos)

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: 

  • +2 Passed or Bachelor running
  • Having work experienced in this field will be encouraged

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and email
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
