Position: Service Engineer

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • B.E. in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering
  • Preference shall be given to 1 to 2 years’ experience in Medical Devices. Fresher can also apply

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Installation of new equipment by establishing, calibrating, testing performance, providing technical support services & application training
  • Maintaining service/ Prepare Installation reports, weekly logs, and expense reports
  • Deal with technical queries from hospitals, technical committee and doctors and give advice on new and existing equipment
  • To respond customer service calls and perform on-site/off-site repairs and maintenance
  • Performing preventive maintenance, AMC & CMC contracts etc.
  • Product Presentations

AGE: 25 to 35 Years 

*The applicant should have own two wheelers vehicle & valid driving license

*The applicant is required to travel outside valley as and when required

 

Position: Sales Manager

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • At least Bachelor degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Bio-technology, Microbiology, Human Biology
  • Experience in Medical Sales is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
  • Establishing, promoting and maintaining company’s brand to generate business
  • Sales lead generation
  • Maintain and update sales report in CRM

AGE: 30 to 45 Years

Position: Sales and Marketing Officer

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Bio-technology, Microbiology, Human Biology
  • Experience in medical sales will be added advantage. Fresher can also apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Coordinate with sales team by managing long-term & day-to-day plans and planning budgets
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of offers, promotional materials etc.
  • Develop sales forecasts & submit daily visit reports.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information and answer queries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM
  • A team player with high level of dedication & Must have own vehicle and license

AGE: 25 to 30 Years

Position: Office Assistant

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor degree in management
  • At least 1 year experience in related job. Experience in healthcare domain will be added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Provide customer service: act as the first point of contact, address inquiries, assist with product information and order status.
  • Handle administrative tasks: schedule appointments, prepare reports, assist with tender submissions.
  • Manage office activities: organize files, maintain records, handle mail and deliveries.
  • Support Sales: Prepare documentation, process orders, and maintain customer records to facilitate efficient sales operations.
  • Manage Logistics: Coordinate shipping, ensure regulatory compliance, and track deliveries for timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance: maintain documentation for certifications and service agreements, assist with compliance reports and audits.
  • Support HR tasks: assist with recruitment and training, maintain employee records.
  • Arrangement of conference/meetings
  • Prepare and provide quotations as per the requirement
  • Proceed for PO, Customs, Clearing, etc.

Must be able to communicate in English (writing & verbal).

AGE: 25 to 30 Years

 

Position: Accountant

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Account
  • Experience in import and distribution business and taxation will be added advantage. cc

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Prepare budget forecasts.
  • Publish financial statements in time.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure timely bank payments.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

AGE: 25 to 30 Years
